Week 7: Google Docs

Google document includes online documents, spreadsheets，Drawing and presentations. Users can easily perform all the basic operations, including the preparation of project list. It is completely free. Google docs is an incredibly valuable tool. Google docs is based on the network of word processing and spreadsheet program, can improve the working efficiency. With this program, you can put the documents on the Internet. In this way, the rest of your team could real time online to edit and update of the document, according to each of the different response to continuously update the same document. Multiple users can change file online at the same time, and can see other members in real time for editing. Revision of the system will automatically save every time for you, so you can see who made what changes, when can return to any point in time before the old version.

Google docs can be easily from Google import and export. To Google Docs from stored in your computer on the front page of an existing file start operation, just upload the document and from the place where the last time you stop to continue. To use a document or offline will be distributed as an attachment, only in the most suitable for your format on your own computer to save a copy of Google documents. In my opinion, Google's online documentation is very good. I usually write a blog with Google docs in the online documentation, very convenient.1. The revised version. Writing articles, notes more time again and again, a draft was the last but a moment then Google Docs of this feature is especially precious. Looked on the Internet, a lot of people think this function is not necessary, but for me, this is one of the most important advantage.2. The classification no necessary. Many years ago, I was a record card to note, it is the most headache is classified. Now take notes on Google Docs, even without classification, eventually anyway how can search out what you want.3. Documents do not need to carry. After a Google Docs, I found myself using the frequency of the USB declined dramatically.4. You can collaboratively. MS Office also want to do everything you can to provide synergy function, but after all, in this area as Google Docs and convenient. A lot of time, need a few people together to maintain a perfect document, Google Docs is too convenient.5. Sharing is very convenient. you just need to a Google account you can start to do your work.

This is my first time to use Google Docs make a team work in online courses  to complete a PPT, I think Google Docs brings our team a good editor, and we don't need to we make an appointment to discuss face to face, so actually it is save a lot of time. As long as I have time, I can edit our PPT, that is also let me know, no matter you are in which parts of the world, you only need to  network, people can complete an online task together in online.
